Heros CarpetClean Stevenage

I and my partner have used Heros Stevenage many times now and the results are always perfect. In fact, I think the service has improved each time if that was possible. The carpets stains all gone, pile buffed up and smelling clean again. Prices are always competitive after doing some research and the staff are always polite.

I don't normally leave feedback but felt compelled to after receiving such a delightful service from Heros CarpetClean Stevenage. I own some offices in the local area and needed some commercial carpet tiles cleaning at short notice. I received a quote within 48hrs and the work was done the day after. They used low-moisture machines so that my staff only had 30 minutes downtime and they removed all of the stubborn coffee and tea stains that my normal cleaning staff could not touch! Top job cleaning my dirty rugs. I did not think they would come clean, to be honest as the had bad doggy odours but ended up like new after cleaning and smell like clean cotton sheets after. Not sure what deodoriser was used but it sure did the trick!
